• Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: This may include session information, browsing and navigation data, referring source information (including referring URLs), browser type and identifier, and other information collected through cookies and similar technologies regarding interactions with the Services.

While we do not request or require other types of personal information, a user may choose to provide additional information when contacting us or otherwise using the Services. The Services are not intended for the collection or processing of Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information, and users should refrain from disclosing such information to the platform.

We use personal information for the following purposes, depending on how a user interacts with the Services:

• To provide our Services to Licensees, third-party sponsors, business partners, website visitors, and other users.
• To improve our Services.
• To communicate with users.
• To market and advertise our Services.
• To generate aggregated/de-identified datasets.
• To protect the security and integrity of our Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How We Disclose Personal Information

• With Licensees: We may disclose personal information to Licensees, including on a member-level basis, for member engagement, programming, and other related purposes.
• With service providers: We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers, including AI providers, cloud hosting providers, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf.
• With sponsors: We may disclose personal information to third-party businesses that sponsor our platform.
• Business transfers: We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose personal information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Marli, users, or others.
• Aggregated and de-identified information: We may disclose data that has been aggregated and/or de-identified with Licensees, sponsors, users, and other users of the Services in summary form.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, satisfy the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with applicable law.

Email Preferences

You may register to receive email updates/newsletters from Marli using the form provided on our website. After registration, you may opt out of receiving such emails by: (i) clicking the “unsubscribe” link (included in the email footer), or (ii) sending an opt-out request to info@meetmarli.com.

Your Choices

Users may contact us to request that we update, correct, or delete personal information associated with their account or use of the Services, subject to our legal, contractual, and operational obligations. Some account-related requests may need to be directed to the applicable Licensee that administers the user’s access to the Services.
